Who I am: 

I’m Nicole. I am a technophile, librarian, academic, writer, voracious reader, and a maker of textiles.

Where I excel:

  • Breaking down complicated processes into small, manageable steps.
  • Offering instruction in the use of technology, online resources, and social media.
  • Authoring instructional online tutorials, pathfinders, and subject guides.
  • Asking questions in a way that clarifies the information being sought.
  • Hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring library staff of all classifications.
  • Identifying relevant individuals and companies for contact and converting cold calls into continuing relationships.
  • Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Creating and maintaining WordPress websites.
  • Expressing myself through the written word.
