I’m Nicole. I am a technophile, librarian, academic, writer, voracious reader, and a maker of textiles.
Where I excel:
- Breaking down complicated processes into small, manageable steps.
- Offering instruction in the use of technology, online resources, and social media.
- Authoring instructional online tutorials, pathfinders, and subject guides.
- Asking questions in a way that clarifies the information being sought.
- Hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring library staff of all classifications.
- Identifying relevant individuals and companies for contact and converting cold calls into continuing relationships.
- Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
- Creating and maintaining WordPress websites.
- Expressing myself through the written word.
